Wickham Real Estate needed a cohesive and elevated brand identity that reflected both the professionalism of the business and the deeply personal, relationship-driven approach behind it.

As a fifth-generation Mill Valley local with strong community roots, the goal was to position the brand as highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, modern, and established while avoiding the overly corporate or generic feel common in the real estate industry.

The brand needed to appeal to an affluent Marin County audience while creating a sense of warmth, sophistication, and credibility across every client touchpoint.
